What Second Look sells

Written design reviews of public web pages. The free score is automated. The signed report ($20 for one page, one URL) is the full review read, corrected and signed by a product designer. "Fix the top five" (from $200) is the signed report plus the five highest-ranked fixes made on your existing site, with a written scope agreed before any work starts. Everything is delivered by email as a web page. There are no subscriptions and no physical goods.

Delivery

The free score takes about two minutes. The signed report arrives within one working day of payment at the email you give at checkout. Fix work is scheduled when the scope is agreed, usually within a week.

Refunds

Not happy with a signed report? Email within seven days of receiving it and it is refunded in full, no questions asked. Fix work is half paid up front and half on completion; if the re-scored site does not improve, the difference is explained or refunded.

What we don't do

We don't redesign sites, move platforms, write pages from scratch or review pages behind a login. We never publish a review of your site without your written permission.

Payment

Prices are in US dollars. Payment is by card through Stripe; we never see your card details. Second Look is operated as a sole proprietorship in the United States.
