Plain words about what we keep. Last updated 7 October 2026.

What we store when you run a free score

The address you paste, screenshots of that public page at phone and desktop widths, the measurements our engine takes of it, and the review it writes. We keep these so the same page isn't reviewed twice in a day and so a report you buy later starts from the same review. We also keep your IP address for 24 hours to stop the free tool being abused.

What we store when you buy a report

Your email address, so we can send the report and reply if you disagree with a finding, and a record of the payment. Card details are handled by Stripe and never reach us.

What we never do

  • Sell or share your address, your email or your review with anyone.
  • Send you marketing email. You hear from us about the report you bought and nothing else, unless you ask.
  • Publish a review of your site without your written permission. Reviews of large public product sites are published as teardowns; a small business's review is yours.
  • Review a page that isn't public. The engine refuses private addresses and pages behind a login.

Your rights

Email us and we'll delete your review, screenshots and email address, or send you a copy of what we hold. We're based in the US; if you're in the UK or EU we'll honour the same rights under GDPR. Cookies: none, other than what Stripe sets during checkout.
